1. Free Shipping

2. Duties and Taxes

Most products purchased from Risenty Store are tax-free, as our default logistics providers cover duties for most countries. In most cases, you won’t need to pay additional fees. However, if you request a different shipping provider, additional duties or fees (e.g., customs clearance fees, local delivery charges, or administrative fees) may apply. In such cases, these costs will be your responsibility.

3. Order Processing and Shipping

  • All our products are in stock and ready to ship.
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • After shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed order information and a tracking number.
  • In most cases, we aim to expedite order processing and shipping. However, in some instances, processing may take 2–5 additional business days due to inventory status or holidays.

We will make every effort to minimize potential delays and ensure timely delivery.

4. Peak Seasons and Holidays

During peak seasons, such as new product launches and holidays, longer delivery times may apply. Once packages are handed over to postal services, we cannot control their exact location. However, we will provide you with tracking numbers to monitor your shipment. If you encounter any difficulties in tracking your package, please contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

5. International Shipping Restrictions

We strive to deliver to most countries worldwide. However, some products may be restricted in certain destinations due to local regulations and policies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Before placing your order, we recommend checking local import restrictions to ensure compliance with local laws.

7. Cancelling or Modifying Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the shipment is confirmed. Please note that some changes may result in delays. Once an order has shipped, modifications cannot be made. However, you can contact us after receiving the shipment to arrange a return.

Worry-Free Purchase Service

Our website integrates the Worry-Free Purchase service provided by Seel to protect your package against delays, loss, or damage during transit. You can choose to purchase this service during checkout. If your order includes this service and encounters the following issues, please contact us at support@risenty.com. We will assist you in filing a claim or seeking compensation from Seel:

  • Package Delay: If your package is not delivered within 30 calendar days after shipment, it is considered delayed. Seel will compensate you with $5 (or the equivalent in the transaction currency).
  • Package Loss: If your package is not delivered within 60 calendar days after shipment, it is considered lost. Seel will reimburse you for the full value of the goods (based on the actual amount paid).
  • Package Damage: If you receive items that are visibly broken, shattered, bent (if the item cannot be bent), or crushed, rendering them unusable, Seel will reimburse you for the full value of the goods. This does not include cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents), manufacturing defects, packaging errors, or unsealed items.

Claim Requirements:

  • Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 90 days of purchase and at least 60 calendar days after shipment.
  • Claims for delayed deliveries must be submitted within 90 days of purchase and at least 30 calendar days after shipment.
  • Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 15 calendar days after the order status on the carrier’s website indicates delivery.

Note: The maximum compensation for any item is its value (based on the actual amount paid).
