Rest assured, delivery times usually do not exceed 20 days.

  2. Order Processing and Shipping: All our products are in stock and readily available. Upon placing an order, we usually ship within 24 hours. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed order information and a tracking number. In most cases, we can expedite order processing and shipping even faster. However, in some instances, it may take 2-5 business days depending on inventory and public holidays. Rest assured, we will make every effort to minimize potential delays and ensure timely delivery.

  3. Peak Seasons and Holidays: During peak periods such as new product releases and holidays, it's advisable to allow for extra time for delivery. Once the package is handed over to postal services, we cannot control its exact whereabouts. However, we provide you with a tracking number for your convenience. If you encounter any difficulties tracking your shipment, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you in tracking its progress.

  4. International Shipping Restrictions: We are committed to delivering to most countries globally. However, please note that certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions in certain destinations due to local regulations and policies. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We recommend checking local import restrictions before placing an order to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

  6. Cancelling and Modifying Orders: If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate order changes before shipment confirmation. Some changes may result in shipping delays. We cannot fulfill special order requests or changes for orders that have already been shipped. If your order has been shipped, please contact us after receiving the shipment to arrange for returns.

 

Green Shipping Service:

Our website integrates Green Shipping Protection service provided by Seel, ensuring protection in case of package delays, loss, or damage during transportation. You can opt to purchase this service during checkout to ensure your package is protected during transit. If your order has purchased this service and encounters the following situations, please contact us at support@risenty.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim or compensation with Seel:

  • Package Delay: If the package is not delivered within 30 natural days after being shipped, it is considered delayed, and Seel compensates the buyer $5 (or equivalent in the currency of the transaction if it's not USD).

  • Package Loss: If the package is not delivered within 60 natural days after being shipped, it is considered lost, and Seel compensates the buyer for the value of the goods (based on the actual amount paid by the buyer).

  • Package Damage: If the buyer receives items that are visibly broken, shattered, bent (if the item cannot be bent), crushed, making them unusable, Seel compensates the buyer for the value of the goods (based on the actual amount paid by the buyer). This does not include cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.), manufacturing defects, packaging errors, or items not sealed.

When applying for compensation, the buyer must adhere to the following requirements:

  1. Compensation claims for lost packages must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase, with a minimum of 60 days after shipment.
  2. Compensation claims for delayed delivery must be submitted within 90 days of purchase, with a minimum of 30 days after shipment.
  3. Compensation claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 15 days after the order status on the carrier's website shows delivered.

Note: The maximum compensation for any item is its value (based on the actual amount paid by the buyer).
