Note:

  • Non-electronic peripheral products (such as phone cases, simple stands, etc.) are not covered by this warranty.
  • Gifts and promotional items are not eligible for this warranty policy.

Applicable Purchase Channels:

Only applicable to products purchased through our official website (risenty.com) and official stores on other platforms (such as ShopAPP, Google Shopping, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, etc.).

3. Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers product failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, including:

4. Exclusions from Warranty Service

Non-normal use:

  • Damage caused by commercial or industrial use.
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation.
  • Operation beyond the permitted or intended use as described in the user manual, such as use under extreme temperatures.

Unauthorized alterations or repairs:

  • Modifications, disassembly, or repairs not authorized by Risenty Store.
  • Use of unapproved accessories or products.

External factors:

  • Improper power supply, such as low voltage, wiring faults, or inadequate fuses.
  • Natural disasters such as lightning strikes, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other acts of God.
  • Damage caused by external impacts or accidents.

Normal wear and tear:

  • Surface scratches or cosmetic wear due to normal use.
  • Replacement of consumables (such as batteries, cables, etc.), unless due to defects in materials or workmanship.

Others:

  • The product serial number has been altered, damaged, or removed.
  • Failure to provide valid proof of purchase (invoice, receipt, or order confirmation email).
  • Products that have been rented, resold, or purchased from non-official channels.
  • Gifts and promotional items.

5. Remedies under Warranty

During the warranty period, if the product is confirmed to have defects in materials or workmanship, Risenty Store will, at its discretion:

  • Replace: Replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product of the same model.

If the replacement product fails again

If your replacement product fails again during use, and it is still within one year from the original purchase date, you can submit a warranty claim for the product again, including requesting a refund or another replacement.
